Josephine’s Fight

Hi, my name is Josephine Faith, but everyone calls me “J”. I am 3 years old and was just diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML for short). My mom, Addison, originally took me to the doctor for an ear infection, but the doctor thought I looked sick. After some abnormal results from my blood work, they told my mom to take me to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. After almost a week in the hospital and a sample of my bone marrow, they confirmed my prognosis.

This is all so new to me, my parents and my baby brother.. Its even a little scary, but we are learning and taking it one day at a time! I have an amazing support system of family and friends by my side. I know that I am a strong tenacious and determined little girl who’s going to give it her all to fight and kick AML in the butt! I would greatly appreciate it if you could keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers as we take these next steps. We are all apart of #JsAMLFight! Thank you for listening to my story!
